The search thingy is great. Even I can find what I want in it without it taking me a gazillion years! Beats searching thru the index of any of my regular cookbooks. When are you going to do one for chicken?

Last time I made Jerky I spilled soy sauce all over my cookbook and ruined it. Today, I’m printing out one of the recipes in the JerkyMaster’s Guidebook knowing that I don’t have to worry about spills anymore. I spill anything on this, I can just print another copy!
